外侧半月板切除术后膝外翻畸形的人工全膝关节置换 被引量：1

摘要 在20世纪六七十年代,由于医疗条件和水平所限,对半月板损伤患者的治疗,往往是行膝关节开放式半月板全切手术,而术后患者会继发膝关节骨关节炎。本研究回顾分析8例继发于外侧半月板全切术后的膝关节外翻畸形的行人工膝关节置换术治疗,探讨人工膝关节置换对继发于外侧半月板全切术后的膝关节外翻畸形骨关节炎患者的疗效。
