依那西普成功治疗难治性成人斯蒂尔病伴肾脏损害一例

摘要
患者男,44岁,已婚。于2007年5月7日无明显诱因出现高热,最高达41℃,呈弛张热,3d后自行恢复正常。之后多次出现高热,体温波动于39～42℃,多发于午后及夜间,每次持续5～6h,伴有畏寒,间断寒战。
