后位侧偏术治疗Ⅲ期肛裂对照观察

The Observation of Operation on Behind Side Lean Towards of Ⅲ Stage Anal Fissure

目的:探讨Ⅲ期肛裂的最佳手术方式。方法:将126例患者随机分为2组,对照组63例采用常规后位内括约肌下缘切断术(后切术),观察组63例采用后位侧偏内括约肌下缘切断术(后位侧偏术)。结果:2组在平均愈合时间、术后并发症方面均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:后位侧偏术切口少、并发症轻、伤口愈合时间短、疗效可靠。

Objective：To probe into the best operation way of anal fissure of Ⅲ stage.Methods：126 patients were divided into two groups randomly,A（the control group） was 63 cases,adopted the routine location bottom flange of interior sphincter cut off surgery behind（the operation cut off behind）;B（the treatment group） was 63 cases,adopted Behind location lean towards the bottom flange of interior sphincter cut off surgery（the operation behind location lean towards）.Contrasted and observed postoperative complication of two groups in equal healing time.Results：Compared group B with group A in two respects described above,there was statistic difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The operation behind location lean towards are few notches,light complications,the short wound healing time and reliable curative effect,worth popularizing and applying.
