Platelet Count Analysis of Venous Blood of Different Storage Time

目的：探讨在全血细胞分析仪SYSMEX ST-2000 i与镜检法中检测时间长短对血小板计数的影响,及时准确地为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。方法：对87例健康静脉血（EDTA-K2抗凝）在0 m in、10 m in、40 m in、60 m in 4个时间点的测定结果进行比较。结果：两法立即检测及10 m in检测结果比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;镜检法测定立即与10 m in检测结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,10 m in测定与40 m in检测结果比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,三者与60 m in检测结果均有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）;分析仪法立即测定值与10 m in测定值比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,10 m in测定与40 m in检测结果比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;三者与60 m in检测结果均有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：静脉血样品在采集后10~40 m in内完成血小板计数的检测,可以提高血小板计数的准确性。

Objective:To study the influence of platelet count detected by CBC cytoanalyze SYSMEX ST-2000i and by microscopic examination in different storage time.Methods:Platelet count result of 87 healthy venous blood(EDTA-K2 anticoagulation) were compared in 4 time points of 0 min,10 min,40 min and 60 min.Results:There was not difference between platelet count results detected by CBC cytoanalyze SYSMEX ST-2000i and by microscopic examination in 2 time points of 0 min and 10 min(P>0.05);when detected by microscopic examination there was difference in 2 time points of 0 min and 10 min(P<0.05);there was not difference in 2 time points of 10 min and 40 min(P>0.05),there was significant difference between pro-3 time points and 60min(P<0.01).when detected by CBC cytoanalyze SYSMEX ST-2000i there was difference between 0 min and 10 min(P<0.05),there was not difference in 2 time points of 10 min and 40 min(P>0.05),there was significant difference between fore-3-time points and60 min(P<0.01).Conclusion:It can improve the accuracy of platelet count that detect within 10～40 min after venous blood samples are collected.
