新型泪管引流管留置术治疗泪管阻塞58例观察

Investigation of New-type Lacrimal Drainage Tube Implantation in Lacrimal Ducts Obstruction

目的：观察泪管探通后Fr-2新型泪管引流管留置术治疗泪管阻塞的临床疗效。方法：58例（共74眼）行泪管探通术后植入Fr-2新型泪管引流管并留置3~6个月。结果：术中鼻黏膜出血24眼（占32.43%）,泪小点撕裂4眼（占5.41%）。术后随访观察3~6月,无一例发生泪管急性感染及泪管留置管自动脱出。4眼留置管滑脱到咽部,经鼻内窥镜恢复,占5.41%。1例患者洗脸时拉断,重新植管,占1.35%。拆除泪管留置管后：治愈45眼,占60.81%;好转24眼,占32.43%;无效5眼,占6.76%。结论：采取新型泪管引流管留置术治疗泪管阻塞方法操作简便,设备要求不高,便于开展。无面部瘢痕遗留,满足爱美人士要求。不损伤正常解剖结构,并发症极少,安全系数高。初步观察临床疗效较为满意。但本组病例数较少,观察时间也较短（3~6月）,远期疗效还有待于观察。

Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Fr-2 lacrimal drainage tube implantation in lacrimal ducts obstruction.Methods：The clinical date of 58 patients（74 eyes） with lacrimal ducts obstruction after Fr-2 lacrimal drainage tube implantation were retrospectively analyzed.The experimental period was 3-6 monthes.Results：The cases of intraoperative complication with mucosal bleeding were 24 eyes（32.43%）;puncta laceration were 4 eyes（5.41%）.The patients were followed up for 3-6months.There was not acute infection with lacrimal passages.There were 4 lacrimal drainage tubes（5.41%） were olisthed to pharyngeal portion and reset by nasendoscopy.There was 1 lacrimal drainage tubes（1.35%） fractured by external force,and newly set up it.45 eyes（60.81%） were cured;24 eyes（32.43%）were improved;5 eyes（6.76%） were invalid.Conclusion：The new-type lacrimal drainage tube implantation in lacrimal ducts obstruction is a simple and effective surgical treatment method.This is safe therapy without cicatrix,don＇t injure normal anatomic structure.But the experimental period（3 to 6 months） was short,the long-term outcome remains to be observed.
