血液透析和腹膜透析患者生活质量及其相关因素研究

Study of the Quality of Life and Relevant Factors about the Patients with Blood Dialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis

目的比较血液透析和腹膜透析对患者生活质量的影响并研究其相关因素。方法分别选取血液透析患者80例和腹膜透析患者80例,采用SF-36对两组患者的生活质量进行评价,同时对患者的临床资料进行分析。结果腹膜透析组患者精神健康、情感职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康等维度优于血液透析组(P<0.05);年龄、文化程度、透析年限、医疗费用、家庭支持、血浆白蛋白均为影响透析患者生活质量的因素。结论腹膜透析对患者生活质量的心理和精神方面优于血液透析。

Objective To compare the quality of life and relevant factors about the patients with blood dialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Methods We selected 80 cases of blood dialysis and 80 cases of peritoneal dialysis. The quality of life of patients in two groups were evaluated by SF-36. The clinical data were analyzed. Results The mental health, emotional functions, body pain and general health in the peritoneal dialysis were better than those in the blood dialysis group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Aged, degree of education, fixed number of years in dialysis, hospitalization costs, family support and plasma albumin were influencing factors about the quality of life of dialysis. Conclusion The psychology and psychiatry of peritoneal dialysis are superior to the blood dialysis.
