目的探讨ABO血型抗原抗体的减弱与配血输血间的关系。方法收集美国FDA有关1976～1985年因输血死亡的328例患者的临床资料,并结合临床实践分析总结其死亡原因。结果输入ABO血型不合血液将引起严重的输血反应,以至于发生死亡事故。结论 ABO系统作为第一个用来描述红细胞的血型系统具有重要的临床意义,ABO血型中的天然抗体可以引起具有不配的抗原的红细胞产生迅速地、完全地血管内溶血,因此对输血至关重要。

Objective Human blood type is an important sign of the existence of each person＇s blood type is not the same. Methods Commonly referred to as the ABO blood group, referring to the erythrocyte antigen carried by different substances. In red blood cells containing A antigen, referred to as A-type; containing B antigen, known as B-type; also contains two A and B antigens, known as AB type; both non-A non-B antigen and said antigen for the O type. Conclusion This paper discusses the ABO blood group antigen antibodies and with weakening of the relationship between blood transfusion.
