摘要
目的探讨《健康评估》见习带教老师临床教学情况及护理本科生临床见习效果,为提高《健康评估》见习教学质量提供科学依据。方法采用问卷的形式对我校182名2008级四年制护理本科生进行调查。结果对临床见习带教老师的教学内容评价较好,均分为(4.13±1.79);对教学过程评分较低,均分为(3.51±2.08);学生见习兴趣较高,均分为(4.36±1.68);学生总体见习效果较好,均分为(4.16±1.85);对检验科及影像学见习效果评分较低,均分分别为(2.91±1.87)、(3.03±1.72)。结论通过《健康评估》临床见习,能够提高学生对理论知识的掌握程度,但也存在着诸如见习内容不完善、带教老师事物性工作繁忙等问题,需在今后的临床见习中及时加以修正,为改善《健康评估》见习带教模式提供参考。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical teachers and nursing undergraduates in Health Assessment probation. We can provide the scientific basis to improve the probation teaching quality of Health Assessment. Methods The investigation was carried out in 182 nursing undergraduates who were 2008 grade. Results The teaching content was good, the score was ( 4.13 ±1.79 ) ; the teaching process had lower score ( 3.51 ± 2.08 ) ; Students' probation interest was higher ( 4.36 ±1.68 ) ; Students overall apprentice effects was better ( 4.16 ± 1.85 ) ; The toga and Video branch had lower scores, respectively ( 2.91 ± 1.87 ), ( 3.03 ±1.72 ). Conclusion The Health Assessment probation could enhance the students' learning effect. But there also exists many questions, such as the probation contents is not perfect, the teachers are too busy. We should solve the problems in the future clinical probation. So we could improve the probation teaching quality of Health Assessment.
