MMP-7、CD147在卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿中的表达及意义

The Expressions of MMP-7、CD147 in Ovarian Endometriosis and Its Significances

目的探讨MMP-7、CD147与子宫内膜异位症(EMT)发病的相关性。方法本文应用免疫组化方法检测了33例正常子宫内膜(增生期13例,分泌期20例),45例在位子宫内膜(增生期25例,分泌期20例)、45例巧囊异位内膜中MMP-7、CD147的表达情况。检测结果用美国Media Cybernetics公司的image pro-plus 5.0专业图像分析软件进行定量分析,分析结果采用SPSS11.5软件进行秩和检验和等级秩相关Spearman分析。结果 (1)MMP-7、CD147在巧囊异位内膜中的表达高于其在在位内膜及正常内膜中的表达,差异有显著性;在在位内膜中的表达高于在正常子宫内膜中的表达,差异有显著性;在在位内膜分泌期中的表达高于增生期,差异有显著性;而在正常子宫内膜分泌期与增生期中的表达无显著性差异。(2)MMP-7与CD147在巧克力囊肿中的表达呈正相关趋势,差异有显著性。结论 MMP-7、CD147与EMT发病有关。

Objective To detect the expressions of MMP-7 and CD147 in ovarian endometriosis. Methods The expressions of MMP-7 and CD147 were observed by immunohistoehemistry in the ectopic and eutopie endometrium of 45 cases with ovarian endometriosis, using normal endometrium of 33 cases as contrast group. The detected results of MMP-7 and CD147 in tissues using image pro-plus 5.0 software, and analyzed the detected Results by SPSS11.5, with choosing IOD as evaluating parameter. Results （ 1 ） The positive expressions of MMP-7, and CD147 increased gradually from normal endometrium to eutopic endometrium and to ectopic endometrium. There were significant statistical differences of IOD between eutopie endometrium and normal endometrium, between eutopic endometrium and eetopie endometrium, and between ectopie endometrium and normal endometrium, respectively. （ 2 ） The expressions of CD147 and MMP-7 in ovarian endometriosis were positively correlated significantly. Conclusion The expressions of MMP-7 and CD147 may play key roles in occurrence of endometriosis.
