伤椎置钉短节段内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效评价 被引量:4

Clinical Evaluation of the Operating Method by Internal Fixation through Pedicle of Fractured Vertebra to Thoracolumbar Fracture

摘要 目的评价伤椎置钉短节段内固定手术方式治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的临床疗效。方法将我科收治的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者45例随机分为两组,传统手术组25例,伤椎手术组20例,并分别采用相应的术式行内固定手术治疗,术后对比两组患者的手术效果及住院情况。结果两组患者在手术切口长度、术中出血量、手术时间方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论伤椎置钉短节段内固定术式在治疗无神经脊髓损伤的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者中,在显著减少创伤的同时,可以达到传统术式的临床疗效;在严格掌握适应证的病例中,具有临床推广应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the operating method by internal fixation through pedicle of fractured vertebra, to tboracolumbar fracture Methods Forty-five cases suffered from thoracolumbar fracture were observed: there were 25 cases in traditional operating method group, there were 20cases in experimental operating method group ; each case was undergone the corresponding operation based on the group. The clinical results were evaluated. Results There were significant differences at operating length, operating bleeding and operating time ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The operating method to thoracolumbar fracture by internal fixation through pedicle of fractured vertebra has a satisfactory result, it can reduce operating injury, which is worth to be widely used.
