针对单位当前的人事档案管理特点及现状而开发了人事档案管理系统,主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两方面。前者要求建立起资料一致性和数据完整性及数据安全性,后者则要求应用程序功能完备,易操作等特点。经分析,使用MICROSOFT公司的VISUAL BASIC 6.0开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发环境,尤其是数据窗口能简洁操纵数据库对象,可以在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。

Personnel Files Management is a typical information management system.In terms of present situation of personnel files management,it develops the construction and maintenance of its background databases and front application program.Through analysis,it is found that VISUAL BASIC 6.0 development tool from Microsoft Company can simply manipulate database object,then builds system application prototype,then gives demand iteration to the original prototype,makes continuous improvement until the customer gets a satisfactory workable system.
