我国高等院校一直将信息化建设作为提高运作绩效、培育核心竞争能力的一项重要措施。信息化建设测度模型的设计是提高高校信息化运作效率的前提,而信息化测度模型的设计必须密切联系于我国高校信息化建设的实践活动。验证性因子分析可以为测度模型提供现实性检验,同时揭示了我国高校信息化建设过程中存在的若干问题。

The information technique is one of the most important technical innovation in 21 century,and takes the great affection to develop for the human society.The college always is the frontier application domain of information technique.The colleges always regard the information technique as an important method to improve operation performance and cultivate the core competence.The design of estimating model is the requisite of improving the operation performance of information system,and this project must keep in contact with the practice of information activity.The CFA may provide the actual certification for the model and disclose a certain number problems of information system construction.
