摘要
根据向列液晶的弹性连续体理论及边界力矩平衡方程,求出了垂直定向向列液晶在液晶—界面之间相互作用锚泊能为有限值时的液晶LC指向矢分布. 根据指向矢分布计算了一定外加电场下液晶光阀的光电特性,并和锚泊能为无限大时的特性进行了比较和分析. 从液晶光阀(LCLV)整个结构对LCLV 光电特性的匹配要求出发,说明优化工艺条件以获得一定的锚泊能对提高LCLV 的性能具有很大作用.
Based on the Oseen and Frank's continue theory of nematic liquid crystal, and generalized torque balance equation at the interfaces, the director configuration and the electric\|optical performance of a hometropic aligned liquid crystal light valve (LCLV) as the function of light valve parameters and operating conditions are calculated. The effects of anchoring strength of NLC\|wall and the pretilt angle on the director configuration and then the electric\|optical performance of LCLV are discussed.
