摘要
分析了漫反射聚光腔的特点, 从实验上证实采用漫反射聚光腔可实现灯泵Nd :YAG调Q 激光器高能量、高效率输出。
The characteristics of a diffuse reflecting pump cavity were analyzed. This paper pointed out,for these applications of the high laser beam quality and high efficiency of lasers,the diffuse reflective cavity is a good selection.In experimental study, a Q switched Nd:YAG laser with a diffuse reflecting pumping cavity was utilized to obtain high energy with high efficiency.
