摘要
在考虑Cr4+ ∶YAG激发态吸收的情况下,给出调Q 速率方程组,并且利用计算机对该方程组进行数值求解. 从而,描绘出调Q过程中相关粒子数的变化情况,得到脉冲宽度、脉冲能量、峰值光功率的理论值. 采用Cr4+ ∶YAG 晶体作为可饱和吸收体,在脉冲式Nd∶YAG 中实现了1.06 μm 激光的调Q运转. 实验结果与理论结果相符合.
Taking into account the absorption of Cr 4+ ∶YAG in excitaion state,the Q switching rate equations are given and the equations are solved numerically by using computer.Thus the change of correlated population during Q switching is described and the theoretical values of pulse width and energy of pulse and peak luminous power are obtained.By adopting Cr 4+ ∶YAG as saturable absorber,the Q switching operation of 1 06μm laser is realized in pulsive Nd∶YAG.
