摘要
铁电材料极化后,如果把前沿很陡的矩形电压脉冲加到铁电材料上,在铁电畴反转过程中将产生不同于充电电流的开关电流。利用微机、控制卡、数字示波器及自制测试仪器研制成了一套铁电材料开关电流测试系统。用自行编制的软件,可按不同测试要求产生各种波形的测试信号。利用此测试系统对PLZT(7/60/40)铁电薄膜的开关电流进行了测试,取得了较好的测试数据。
Putting a steep forehead rectangular electric pulse on a polarized ferroelectric film, the switch current will be produced in the reverse process of the ferroelectric domain, which is different from the charge current of linear capacitor. In order to measure the switch current facilely, a ferroelectric switch current measure system was made,which including computer, control card,digital oscillograph and self made instrument. By using self made software, varied test signals can be produced basing on varied requires. This measure system was used to measure the PLZT(7/60/40) ferroelectric film and good results were achieved.
