摘要
介绍在石英熔融炉拉管机管径检测系统中应用ＣＣＤ线阵器件检测石英管管径的原理，及系统软硬件设计原理，对测量误差及提高精度的措施进行深入分析。
The principle of measuring quartz tube diameter using line CCD as detector in the system of quartz tube diameter measurement in melting quartz drawing machine is introduced .System hardware and software are described in detail.The measurement error and the methods to improve precision are discussed.
