糖尿病心肌病患者血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸水平检测结果分析 被引量:8

The Relationship between the Serum 8-Hydroxy-Guanine of DNA Damage in Patients with Diabetes and the Occurrenceand Development of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的:探讨DNA氧化损伤标志物—血清8-羟基脱氧鸟苷酸(8-Hydroxy-Guanin)水平变化及其与糖尿病心肌病(Diabetic cardiomyopathy,DC)发生、发展的关系。方法:检测101例DC患者(DC组)、73例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者(DM组)和40例体检正常者(Control组)血清8-Hydroxy-Guanin水平并进行比较;根据左心室扩大程度不同,将DC患者分为左心室轻度扩大组、中度扩大组和重度扩大组,比较三组患者8-Hydroxy-Guanin水平差异;根据左心室射血分数不同,将DC患者分为单纯舒张功能不全组和舒张功能不全+收缩功能不全组,比较其8-Hydroxy-Guanin水平差异。结果:(1)DC组患者8-Hydroxy-Guanin水平明显高于DM组及Control(P<0.05,P<0.01)。(2)DC组左心室中度扩大组和重度扩大组患者血清8-Hydroxy-Guanin水平均明显高于左心室轻度扩大组(P<0.05)。(3)DC心脏收缩功能不全+舒张功能不全组患者8-Hydroxy-Guanin水平明显高于仅有单纯舒张功能不全组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:8-Hydroxy-Guanin可能参与DC发病过程。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between DNA damage in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Method: The levels of serum 8-hydroxy-guanine were measured by ELISA in 101 diabetic cardiomyopathy patients,73 cases in the type 2 diabetic patients and 40 cases in the normal control group.Double-blind method echocardiography was used to compare some left ventricular extended in all patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Results: The levels of serum 8-Hydroxy-Guanin in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy were significantly higher than those type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05),which were also higher than those of healthy donors(P<0.05).The left ventricular dilatation in patients with diabetict cardiomyopathy were also higher than those of light the left ventricular dilatation in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy(P<0.05).The left ventricular diastolic function and left ventricular systolic function gruop were significantly higher those the left ventricular diastolic function gruop(P<0.01).Conclusion: These elevated serum 8-Hydroxy-Guanin may play important roles in the pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
