5-脂氧合酶与动脉粥样硬化关系研究进展
摘要
动脉粥样硬化（Atherosclerosis,AS）是心脑血管疾病的重要病理生理基础,近年来,大量人体和动物实验研究表明,5-脂氧合酶（5-Lipoxygenase,5-LO）在AS形成中发挥重要作用。本文就5-LO与AS形成的有关内容作一综述。
