柴胡桂枝汤加味对大鼠抑郁模型行为学及海马区神经生长因子及脑源性神经营养因子表达的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨中药复方柴胡桂枝汤加味抗抑郁的机制。方法以慢性中等强度应激刺激模型建立大鼠抑郁模型,用旷场试验进行行为学评分,用ELISA试剂盒检测大鼠海马区神经生长因子(NGF)及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)的含量,并观察模型大鼠给药后的行为学变化。结果抑郁模型大鼠在旷场实验中较正常组水平得分与垂直得分存在显著性差异(P<0.05),海马内NGF、BDNF含量显著降低(P<0.05);柴胡桂枝汤加味高剂量组与模型组旷场行为学评分比较显著增加(P<0.05),大鼠海马内NGF、BDNF含量显著提高(P<0.05)。结论柴胡桂枝汤加味具有抗抑郁作用,对海马区NGF及BDNF的调节作用是其疗效机制之一。
