摘要 推导分析了Turbo 码在Rician 信道的误码率上限,并给出了一种编码器的设计方案。 Firstly the author researches the performance bounds of Turbo codes on Rician channel. Based on the bounds of the codes, a method of design is proposed. Finally the simulation results and comparisons are given.
