气腹对腹腔镜手术患者血液动力学的影响 被引量:7

摘要 自1987年腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)开展以来,腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快和住院时间短等优点,在临床外科的应用越来越广,目前,其已经广泛应用于妇产、胃肠(直肠、胃、脾脏和肝脏手术)、泌尿(肾切除和前列腺切除)和血管外科(主动脉)等领域。CO2气腹可提供一个良好手术视野,但气腹对机体的影响较大,因此,与传统开腹手术相比术中的管理难度增大。本文就气腹对患者血液动力学影响的研究进展作一综述。
