饮酒对心血管病的作用评价 被引量：4

摘要 心血管病是目前危害我国人民健康和生命的常见病和多发病，其高发病、高致残率和高死亡率已成为我国重大公共卫生问题。生活方式的干预是有效防控心血管疾病的重要防治基础和措施之一，饮酒作为当今普遍的现象和一种重要的生活方式，其对心血管的作用受到关注，本文旨在通过总结和分析饮酒对心血管的作用，探寻正确、健康的酒精摄入标准，以期实现对这一与心血管病紧密相关因索的更有效控制。
