rh-aFGF治疗二度烧伤的临床观察 被引量：6

摘要 目的观察重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor,rh-aFGF) 治疗二度烧伤的疗效。方法将60例二度烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用 rh-aFGF,对照组用0.9%氯化钠溶液。观察创面愈合的时间及不同时间创面动态愈合率及治疗组用药后的全身情况。结果治疗组创面愈合率、愈合时间于对照组(P<0.01) 。治疗组用药前后血尿常规及肝肾功能检测差异无统计学意义(P>0.05) 。结论 rh-aFGF 促进二度烧伤创面的愈合,临床应用安全。
