利用CTI技术设计来话通知业务

Design Internet Call Waiting Service by Using Computer Telephony Integration Technology

从研究电话网与Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ网互联的角度出发， 以来话通知业务为例对互联方式进行探讨， 通过与现有智能网技术比较给出基于ＣＴＩ技术的一个方案， 并对其关键技术作了重点分析。

From the interworking between PSTN and Internet point of view, this paper takes incoming call notification service as an example to discuss interworking schemes.Then a CTI based scheme is given, comparing with IN based one.Emphases are particularly put on several key points related to the scheme, which is verified by practice very well.
