摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定安钠咖注射液中咖啡因和苯甲酸钠的含量。测定方法简便、快速、结果满意。
This paper reports a TLC-scanner method to determine the injectio caffeine et natriibenzoatis. The developing solventbenzene-ether-acetic acid-methnol (100:50:15:1) was used for separation of caffeine and sodium benzoate in injectio caffeine et natriibenzoatis. R_f of caffeine and sodium benzoate are 0.28, 0.74, respectively. The spots are scanned with a Shimadzu Dual-Wavelength TLC-scanner CS-930. This method was very simple, rapid and the results were quite satisfactory.
