摘要
目的研究离子凝胶法制备壳聚糖(CS)纳米粒的影响因素。方法离子凝胶法制备CS纳米粒,观察CS浓度、三聚磷酸钠(TPP)浓度、CS/TPP质量比和CS溶液pH值对CS纳米粒制备的影响。结果 CS溶液pH值为3.5~5.0,浓度0.5~2.5 mg/ml,CS/TPP质量比为6∶1~12∶1时可得到稳定的CS纳米粒乳光溶液。CS浓度增加和CS/TPP质量比降低均可导致CS纳米粒粒径明显增大。CS浓度增加、CS溶液pH值减小可引起CS纳米粒Zeta电位增高。结论 CS浓度、CS/TPP质量比和CS溶液pH值是制备CS纳米粒和影响CS纳米粒特征的主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the influence factors for the preparation of chitosan(CS) nanoparticle by iono- tropic gelation. Methods The CS nanoparticles were prepared by ionotropic gelation. The effects of CS concentration, tri- polyphosphate (TPP)concentration, CS/TPP mass ratio, and initial pH value of CS solution on the preparation of CS nano- particles were evaluated. Results When CS concentration was in the range of 0.5-2.5 mg/ml, initial pH value of CS so- lution in the range of 3.5-5.0, and CS/TPP mass ratio in the range of 6: 1-12: 1, opalescent solution of stable CS nanopar- tieles could be obtained. As CS concentration increased and the CS/TPP mass ratio decllned, the particle size of CS nanoparticles increased accordingly. When CS concentration increased and the initial pH value of CS solution decreased, zeta potemial increased. Conclusions CS concentration, CS/TPP mass ratio and initial pH value of CS solution are important factors influencing the preparation and characteristics of CS nanoparticles.
