摘要
数控车床在使用过程中,刀架故障是常见故障之一。本研究以WZD4型4工位端齿盘式方刀架为例,研究一种新安装未使用数控车床的刀架故障,通过分析刀架结构和工作原理,论述了故障分析过程和及故障处理的方法。
The carriage malfunction is one of the common failures in the process of using CNC lathe.Using WZD4 toolpost as an example,this paper studies four-workstation and tooth disk,and discusses a failure on the CNC lathe carriage that has been installed but unused.It also discusses the analysis procedure and the processing method of the malfunction through analyzing the structure and the operating principle of the carriage.
