摘要
本文提出了在MPEG编码器里不用做IDCT和IQ的一种新的运动估值编码算法结构,经计算机仿真和整体性能评估,与传统运动估值编码结构相比较,这个改进的编码结构提高了编码端运动估值和运动补偿的精度和准确度,改善了图象压缩比,降低了硬件成本和运算量。
A new motion estimation coding algorthm structure withiut using Q and IQ is proposed for MPEC in thispaper.Computer simulation and globally evaluations show that,in comparison with the traditional motion estimationstructure,this improved algorithm structure results better precision of motion estimation/compensation in encodingend,improves the image compression ratio and reduces the cost of hardware and save the computation time.
