摘要
菌株Amy-627是一株从长白山地区分离纯化出的对22种植物病原真菌和3种致病细菌都有较明显抑制效果的放线菌,其抗菌谱较广,尤其对水稻稻瘟病病菌(Pyricularia oryzae)具有显著的拮抗作用。通过形态特征、培养特征、生理生化检测及抑菌谱等一系列比较。结果表明,发现该菌株与链霉菌属的吸水链霉菌(Streptomyces hygroscopicus)的特征基本相符,通过16S rDNA序列比对同源性达99%。根据多项分类原则和系统进化树的构建分析,将该菌株暂归入吸水链霉菌(Streptomyces hygroscopicus)类。
Amy-627,an actinomycete strain,was obtained from Changbai mountain.It had extensive antimicrobial spectrum of fermentation filtrate.The growth of 22 plant pathogens and 3 bacteria were strongly inhibited by Amy-627 on PDA plate.Especially,the pathogenic fungus,Pyricularia oryzae,was inhibited significantly by it.Besides,the morphology,cultural characteristics,physiological-biochemical characteristics and antimicrobial spectrum of this strain were studied comparatively.The results showed that the characteristics of this strain and Streptomyces hygroscopicu were similar and the homology of them was 99% by 16S rDNA sequences' comparison.Base on the polyphasic taxonomical study and phylogenetic tree analysis,the strain Amy-627 was identified as Streptomyces hygroscopicus for the time being.
