摘要
以悬铃木为供试植物,采用灌根和树干注射两种方法,测定了乙酰甲胺磷和吡虫啉在对悬铃木方翅网蝽的防治效果及其在植株内的动态。结果表明,无论是采用灌根还是树干注射方式施药,施药后2种药剂在悬铃木叶片中的含量逐渐增加,乙酰甲胺磷在药后7 d叶片中含量最高,吡虫啉在药后11 d叶片中含量最高。防效表明,药后40 d内,6种处理均可有效控制悬铃木方翅网蝽的危害。
Distribution of imidacloprid and acephate in Platanus and its control-effect against Corythucha ciliata(Say) were determined with methods of root-irrigating and trunk-injecting respectively.The results showed that after treated,the two pesticides increased gradually in leaves with root-irrigating or trunk-injecting.The maximum residues of acephate and imidacloprid were appeared respectively in the 7th day and 11th day after treated.The control effects showed that the damage of Corythucha ciliate could be controlled by six treatments within forty days.
