摘要
以夜温15℃为对照,研究了整夜6℃低温处理(19∶00~7∶00)、前半夜6℃低温处理(19∶00~0∶30)、后半夜6℃低温处理(1∶30~7∶00)共7d对西红柿((Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)叶片蔗糖代谢的影响。结果表明,夜间低温处理增加了西红柿叶片中的果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和淀粉的含量,增加了西红柿叶片中酸性转化酶(Acid invertase,AI)和中性转化酶(Neutral invertase,NI)活性,降低了蔗糖合成酶(Sucrose synthase,SS)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(Sucrose phosphate synthase,SPS)活性。以整夜低温处理对西红柿叶片蔗糖代谢的影响最大,其次为前半夜低温处理,后半夜低温处理的影响程度最小。
Effects of 6 ℃ treatment over night(19∶00~7∶00),the first half of the night(19∶00~0∶30)and the second half of the night(1∶30~7∶00) for 7 days on sucrose metabolism in Lycopersicon esculentum Mill leaves were studied using 15 ℃ as the control.The results were as follows,under low night temperature,contents of fructose,glucose,sucrose and starch were increased,the activity of AI(Acid invertase) and NI(Neutral invertase) was increased,the activity of SS(Sucrose synthase) and SPS(Sucrose phosphate synthase) was decreased.The effect on sucrose metabolism in L.esculentum was the most significant in the low temperature treatment overnight,followed by that in the first half of the night and in the second half of the night.
