莲胚性愈伤组织诱导研究初报

Primary Study on Embryogenic Callus Induced from Shoot Tip of Nelumbo nucifera

以鄂藕杂3号莲藕顶芽或侧芽的茎尖为外植体,接种于不同激素配比的MS培养基上诱导胚性愈伤组织。结果表明,不同浓度的激素组合对莲的胚性愈伤组织诱导有不同的影响,最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 5.0 mg/L。

The shoot tips of Nelumbo nucifera ＂E Ou Za 3＂ were cultured on medium;and embryogenic callus was induced.The result showed that the induction frequency was affected by the concentration of hormone combinations.The optimal induction medium was MS＋0.5 mg/L 6-BA＋5 mg/L 2,4-D.
