近期国际粮食价格的持续上涨不仅促使粮食净进口国的粮食进口成本大幅增加,同时也引起粮食净出口国国内粮价的上涨。粮食问题是一个国家基本的民生问题。介绍了近期高粮价对各国粮食市场的冲击,各国政府根据其国家粮食的生产、消费及贸易状况采取的相应的调控措施。同时对各类政策的实施效果进行了预测分析。

The recent continously rising international grain price not only led significant increasing of food costs of net importer,but also caused the increasing of domestic grain prices of net exporter and net importer.The grain problem is a basic livelihood issue of a country.With the impact on the national grain market of high grain price,every government had taken measures according to its national grain production,consumption and trade situations.The policy every country took was introduced,and their effects were analyzed.
