摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法建立连钱草指纹图谱。方法选用甲醇-水梯度洗脱。检测波长:0→60 min 330 nm,60→90 min 280 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温40℃。结果建立了鉴别连钱草样品的指纹图谱分析方法,确定了13个共有峰,10个产地的连钱草药材相似度在0.905～0.978。结论该方法稳定、可靠,为控制连钱草的内在质量提供了可靠的分析方法。
Objective To establish a fingerprint analysis method for Herba Gtechomae by HPLC. Methods The detection was carried out with methanol and water as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 , and with the detection wavelength as 0-60 rain 330 nm, 60-90min 280 nm, at 40℃. Results Fingerprint analysis for Herba Glechomae was established by HPLC. 13 co-possessing peaks were identified and the similarity of 10 batches Herba Glechomae was between 0.905-0. 978. Conclusion The method is stable, reliable and provides an effective way for quality control of Herba Glechomae.
