摘要
通过CFD软件对发动机冷却水套进行了三维数值模拟,得到了水套流场的对流换热系数以及总压分布。结果表明,整个水套的总压降保持在一个较好的水平,热负荷较大的区域的对流换热系数均超过推荐值。
The article had a 3D numerical simulation on cooling jacket of engine.The convection heat transfer coefficient and total pressure distribution were calculated.The results indicated that total pressure drop of the whole cooling jacket attained a good level.And the convection heat transfer coefficient of the regions whose thermal loads were very high was beyond the recommended value.
