摘要
简要介绍了MPC增压排气系统在16缸高增压柴油机上的应用,它具有结构简单,加工方便,易于实现系列化生产的特点。通过台架性能试验说明,MPC排气系统应用于16V柴油机上其功率、油耗、排温、排放等方面均符合设计要求。
This thesis mainly concentrates on the charger system and the exhaust pipe train of 16V diesel engine.The system has the following advantages： simple structure,convenient to manufacture and easy to implement serial production.From the test of the plate bracket performance,we can see that after the application of the MPC exhaust system to the 16V diesel engine,the power,oil consumption,exhaust temperature as well as the emission etc.could satisfy the design requirements.
