摘要
使用马尔文激光粒度仪研究了喷嘴的启喷压力对柴油雾化质量的影响。结果表明,随启喷压力的增大,喷雾液滴的索特平均直径D32和德布鲁克平均直径D43均减小,累积体积分布曲线向左偏移,到达某一累积体积的液滴直径减小,液滴的相对尺寸范围和发散边界均呈减小的趋势。这说明随启喷压力的增大,大颗粒液滴有所减少,小颗粒的液滴增多,雾化质量有明显地改善。
The change of spray quality of diesel was study by Malvern spraytec.With the increase of injection pressure,it could be seen that the Sauter mean diameter D32 and the De Brouckere mean diameter D43 were decrease,the curve of the droplet size volume distribution and the curve of the droplet cumulate volume distribution were move to left,the diameter of the droplet that reached a certain cumulative volume decreased,the relative size range and divergent boundary were also decrease.It is indicated that with the decrease of the injection pressure,the number of larger drops decreased,and the number of smaller drops increased,spray quality was improved evidently.
