阐述了塔丝隆牛津纺防水透湿面料的生产加工工艺,包括退浆精练、预定形、磨毛、染色、中间定形、轧光、复合、单面拒水等;分析了加工过程中影响产品品质的关键因素,并给出解决方法。
Wet processing of waterproof and vapor-permeable nylon taslon oxford is introduced, including desizing and scou- ring, presetting, sanding, dyeing, intermediate setting, calendering, laminating and single-side water repellent finish. Factors exerting influences on product quality in wet processing are analyzed, and solutions are pointed out.
