摘要
筒子纱染整加工过程中,由于染液中铁离子的存在,双氧水漂白时单纱中部分纤维会发生"烧伤",造成纱线强力下降。将锈蚀的镀锌管路更换为不锈钢材质,清除了铁离子在染纱供水中的二次污染;在高支纱染色时,采用氧漂煮练酶和铁离子螯合分散剂进行前处理,减少了双氧水用量,降低了铁离子浓度,消除了纤维的"烧伤"现象。
In hydrogen peroxide bleaching process of package wet processing, part of fiber may be caustic-damaged due to the presence of iron ions. The solutions include replacement of rubiginous galvanized piping with stainless steel, removing iron ions in the dyeing water, pretreatment of high-count yarn with oxygen bleaching and scouring enzyme as well as iron chelating dis- persant agents. By above, the amount of hydrogen peroxide required is reduced, iron content is decreased, and damage of fi- ber is eliminated.
