印染厂节能减排实用工艺装备技术(五)——染整设备风机、泵类调速的节电

摘要 染整设备的风机风量和泵类流量在运行中变化大,其轴功率与转速的立方成正比,采用交流变频调速控制,可接近理想控制曲线。文中论述了交流变频调速的优点,列举了染整企业典型设备的技改效果。 Air volume of fan and pump flow in dyeing and finishing machines fluctuate within wide ranges, their shaft powers are in proportion to the cube of the rotating speed, they can be controlled close to ideal control curve by AC variable frequency speed regulation. Advantages of AC variable frequency speed regulation are introduced. Results of technological upgrading of typical machines in dyeing and finishing companies are enumerated.
