摘要
本文以北京为研究个案,说明民国初期国家相关机构对于行医实行规范管理,医生只有通过考试获得相应资格后方可行医。由于这一变革,病家认识到国家在医病关系中的作用,因医疗不满而发生的告医现象开始涌现。为规避责任,无论是正式的医生还是私自行医者均不得不采取策略加以应对。
The paper shows the government management of practice medicine during the early period of Republic of China by taking Beijing as an example.Doctors had to obtain the qualifications through medical exams when they want to practice medicine,otherwise they would be severely banned.From the change,patients were aware of the state power's influence in the shaping of doctor-patient relationship in the new era,and the phenomenon which the patient complained against the doctors began to emerge.In order to avoid responsibility,the formal and illegal doctors had to adopt strategies to actively respond.
