由食品安全和质量问题引出了食品包装材料化学物的迁移对食品的污染;总结了各种食品包装材料中化学物的迁移以及迁移水平的分析测试方法;并举例说明了各种方法的在实际中的应用。同时也介绍了研究食品包装材料化学物迁移方法的意义。

As the food safety and quality problem were proved that chemical migration from package material to food would cause pollution, this paper put forward different migration analysis methods of food packaging additives. This article summarized the chemical migration analysis methods of food packaging additives, and gave examples in details of different analysis methods used in real. Finally, the significances of this work were elaborated.
