摘要
针对复杂形状盒体的组合型腔注塑模,利用Moldflow2010软件对其进行了流动平衡分析。以充填时间、注射压力、锁模力等分析结果为依据,判定充填平衡效果。通过调整分流道和浇口尺寸,进行了两次优化,最终确定了最佳的浇注系统设计方案。本文可为类似注塑模浇注系统的平衡设计提供参考。
For the combined cavity injection mould of a box with complex shape, flow balance was analyzed by using Moldflow2010 software. The filling effect was estimated based on the analysis of filling time, injection pressure, clamping force, etc. After two modifications, with adjusting the size of sub-channel and gate, the optimum gating system was finally ascertained. This work can be a useful reference for the balanced design of gating system of similar injection mould.
