摘要
研究了不同厂家的碳酸钙(CaCO3)、同一厂家不同粒径的CaCO3及CaCO3对聚氯乙烯(PVC)瓶盖密封垫片在四种介质中蒸发残渣量的影响。结果表明:随CaCO3粒径的减小,PVC密封垫片剩余残渣量逐渐减小,并且当CaCO3填料品种一定时,CaCO3的加入主要对4%乙酸中残渣项目指标有影响,对其他介质的指标没有影响。在正己烷、蒸馏水及20%乙醇介质中,PVC瓶盖密封垫片的剩余残渣主要是增塑剂,蒸发残渣的量主要受增塑剂的影响,而在4%乙酸介质中,PVC瓶盖密封垫片的剩余残渣主要是填料碳酸钙形成的醋酸钙等助剂,蒸发残渣的量主要受添加的填料等助剂的影响。
The effect of different manufacturers, particle size and CaCO3 on the evaporation residue of PVC sealed gaskets were systemic investigated. The results showed that the amount of evaporation residue of PVC sealed gaskets was gradually reduced as the particle size of CaCO3 decreasing. The addition of CaCO3 mainly affected the amount of evaporation residue in 4% acetic acid solution when the type of CaCO3 was decided and did not influence other properties. In hexane, distilled water and 20% ethanol medium, the remaining residue of PVC sealed gaskets was mainly the plasticizer, which significantly affected the amount of evaporation residue. However, in 4% acetic acid medium, the remaining residue of PVC sealed gaskets was mainly calcium acetate, which formed by CaCO3, and the amount of evaporation residue was mainly affected by additives such as filler.
