特质情绪智力问卷在医务人员中的试用

Trial of Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire in Medical Workers

目的:考察特质情绪智力问卷TEIQue的心理测量学品质及医务人员特质情绪智力特点。方法:使用特质情绪智力问卷对北京市765名医务人员实施测量,并进行信度效度分析。结果:TEIQue在中国医务人员群体中呈现出独特的维度结构,内部一致性信度0.94,重测信度0.89,验证性因素分析GFI、AGFI、NNFI和CFI分别为0.92、0.88、0.97、0.98,RMSEA为0.072。不同年龄、不同岗位医务人员的特质情绪智力存在差异。结论:TEIQue是一个测量医务人员特质情绪智力状况的有效的工具。

Objective： To study the psychometric characteristics of the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire（TEIQue） in medical workers.Methods： The medical workers in Beijing were recruited using a random sampling method.765 medical workers were measured by the TEIQue.Results： The TEIQue presented a unique dimensional structure in medical workers.Internal consistency reliability was 0.94,retest reliability was 0.89.GFI,AGFI,NNFI,and CFI of confirmatory factor analysis were 0.92,0.88,0.97,and 0.98.RMSEA was 0.072.There were many differences in emotional intelligence between medical workers with different ages or different positions.Conclusion： The TEIQue is a feasible,available,effective tool to Beijing medical workers.
