摘要 潜孔钻机钻孔作业时推进力的控制是影响钻孔质量的关键因素,为提高钻孔质量,准确控制推力,提出了一种通过采集钻孔作业中回转系统的压力信号反馈到控制器,控制推进系统的推进力,实现钻孔过程中岩层感应自动调节的方法。在AMEsim中搭建了潜孔钻机推进回转部分的液压系统模型,并依据模糊控制原理在Simulink中建立控制系统模型,实现联合仿真。仿真结果表明推进力随着回转压力信号的变化自动控制推进力的大小,并且能有效预防卡钻和提高钻孔效率,验证了上述方法的可行性,达到满意效果。 Feeding force of down-the-hole drill control is a critical technology of drilling quality during the drilling process.In this paper,an automatic control method with terrane variations is presented,which is collecting pressure signals of rotating system and feeding back to controller in order to control the feeding force of feeding system.Feeding and rotating hydraulic system model of down-the-hole drill is set up by AMEsim and based on fuzzy control method,and control system model is set up by Simulink,which realizing united simulation.The results of simulation show that feeding force varies automatically with rotating pressure signals.This method is feasible,prevents drilling jam effectively and increases drilling efficiency.
