摘要 采用正交试验法设计实验,用溶胶-凝胶一步法制备了具有较高性能的低阻 PTCR(Positivtemperature coefficient of resistance)陶瓷材料;考察了包括钛、锰、硅、 钇等 4种元素掺杂量的改变和烧结制度的改变对PTCR陶瓷材料性能的影响,结果在一定的锰掺杂物浓度范围内,只要各掺杂物彼此搭配合理,利用较高受主浓度掺杂也能获得高性能的低阻 PTCR陶瓷材料。 The experiment is designed by orthogonal experiment method. The PTCR ceramic material with good electric properties has been prepared by once--through method in Sol--Gel process. The influence of four factors (including titanium, manganese, silicon yttrium) and the influence of the different sintering technologies on properties of PTCR ceramic material are investigated. The experiment results show that within the limits of concentration of manganese dopant the PTCR ceramic material with low resistivity and high breakdown voltage can be obtained by doping higher acceptor concentration if dopants match well.
