摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Li2+ xNdxSi1-xO3(x= 0~0.15),用DTA,XRD,TEM 及交流阻抗等技术对样品的结构、形貌、粒径及离子导电性进行了观察和测试.结果表明:其固溶体形成范围是0< x≤0.09,在固溶体范围内,样品电导率随掺杂量增加而增高;平均粒径为0.2 μm ;与传统固相合成方法相比,该法可使样品的生成温度降低。
Li2+ x NdxSi1-x O3 (x= 0~0.15)sam ples have been prepared by the Sol-gel m ethod.DTA,XRD, TEM and A-C im pedance techniques w ere used to study the structures,shapes, sizes and ionic conducties of sam ples. The experim ental results show ed thatthe range ofsolid-solution form sw as 0< x≤0.09,w hile the conductivities ofsam ples rised with increasing am ountofNd2 O3 added,and average grain of sam ples w as 0.20μm .Com pared w ith the sam ples by the conventionalsolid state reaction,the Sol-gelm ethod needed low ertem perature and presented higherionicconductivity.
