摘要
采用准周期Krnig-Penney模型,对广义Fibonacci超晶格的电子态问题进行了研究,发现其能谱具有类似康托集的结构,即能谱具有自相似性质,且能隙在谱中稠密分布。对以S_l块为单元胞的周期性结构,电子能谱具有似块状周期性能级结构。
Electronic properties of a class of one-dimensional quasiperiodic (the generalized Fibonacci) superlattices are studied by using quasiperiodie Kr(?)nig-Penney model. It is shown that the electronic energy spectra of the quasiperiodic systems are cantor-set-like, i.e, the spectra are self-similar and the energy gaps are densely populated in the spectra. The energy spectra of L-th periodic structure are periodicenergylevel-like.
